I like these glasses, but they were packed very poorly. One of the eight glasses I ordered was broken. I simply don't have time to return them because I need the remaining glasses for a party. I would have liked to have spoken to a human being about this, but that is impossible with Amazon. It's too bad. I've done a lot of purchasing at Amazon, but I will be hesitant to order anything breakable in the future.

The glasses were/are beautiful! The only bad thing was that one of the four was broken in shipment. I couldn't bring myself to send back the three good ones because I fell in love with them.

You still can order it on line but not for12.99 but 17.99
They refund the money-why they did not send me a new
sett-because they changed the price .?
I did send back all four glasses-one was broken
I wanted 4 good , not 3 good 1 broken

I have 8 of these in my china cabinet. We don't really use them aside from special occasions. They have a beautiful classical look, a definitely pleasure to look at, even when not using.
